Here you will find a few things you can try if your game is broken and unplayable. Try reloading the page. Sometimes there are loading errors. Check your internet connection. Almost every of my games needs an internet connection to work proberly. Check if the game is still published. Wait a while before tring again. There could be an update. Message the support on the side your playing my game. If it's just bug report it and I will try to fix it as fast as possible.
